Best bread and a nice, sweet store with friendly people

Delicious pastry and coffee to start the day!

Excellent sandwiches - perfect for a picnic at the beach

We passed about 30 mins before closing, and were looking at the savoury pastries. The lady speaks limited english, but more than my Spanish. She was ever so friendly and we managed to order a Veg pasty (it's a traditional pasty - not a Greggs type pasty) and my husband ordered a slice of veg pizza. The lady heated them up in her grill and offered us to stay and eat. We ordered to black coffees. The pasty was delightful, really tasty, very different to anything I've had in England, slightly sweet, full of veg and raisins. The coffees were really good, much better than your average UK coffee shop coffee. The lady then gave us two free sweet pastries, which we tried to pay for, but she refused to take money, saying it was nearly closing anyway, and then when I tried to tip her, she wouldn't take it. Overall a fabulous snack and experience from a wonderful lady. I'd go back for the veg pasty alone.

A small bakery where you can enjoy fresh pastries and friendly service from the lovely saleswoman. The coffee and sweet pastry combo was excellent and reasonably priced. I also appreciated the mini seating area.
